System & Help
Technical specifications and delivery protocol for all digital assets.
How is the digital content delivered
Upon checkout, you receive an email containing download links and Notion duplicate URLs. These assets are ready for immediate use.
What are the software and usage requirements
Notion templates require a free or paid Notion account. PDF systems are compatible with any standard reader on Windows, macOS, Linux, or mobile devices.
What are the licensing and modification terms
Purchase grants a single-user license for personal use. Files are modular and may be modified to suit your specific homelab or study requirements.
What is the policy regarding returns
Due to the nature of digital file delivery, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds once access links have been provided. Please review all technical specs before completing your purchase.
How is technical assistance managed
Direct support is limited to file delivery and initial access issues. For help, contact support@midnightgrid.com. We do not provide individualized homelab troubleshooting.
